What methods of payment do you accept?
A: We accept most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

What if my merchandise is damaged?
A:We urge you to open your packages immediately to check for damage. We will replace any merchandise that has been received with a manufacturer defect. GreenCookwareOnline.com MUST be notified within 10 days of receiving the damaged product. If we do not receive notice of defect, we CANNOT replace the merchandise, no exceptions. At times, products are damaged in transit. GreenCookwareOnline.com MUST be notified within 10 days as well in order to hold the shipping company responsible. Again, no exceptions.

What do I do if I have problems with my order?

Is your site secure?
A: Yes. Our site is hosted on secure servers and the checkout process is encrypted for your protection.

What if I'm looking for an item that you don't currently carry?
A: Due to our ever expanding product line an item we carry may not yet be featured. If you can't find the item you are looking for please contact us with the product name and description and we will do what we can to help.
