Return Policy

You may return any item you are dissatisfied with within 30 days of purchase, for a full refund, minus shipping and handling costs. We would prefer that you come visit us again as a happy customer completely satisfied with whatever you purchase from us.  At times, the product has a defect or is damaged.  If this is the case, you must contact us within 10 days of receiving the product in order for us to return the product to the manufacturer.  Failure to do so won't allow us to replace the defected/damaged product.  Please email support@greencookwareonline.com or call 888-265-1878 for information on returning a product prior to doing so.

Back Order Policy

Our purchasing department is second to none in the industry. Our systems control back orders and keep them to a minimum for your convenience. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal. If an item you purchased is backordered, we will contact you with further instructions.

Shipping Policy

Most Items will ship within 1 to 4 business days. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer.
